Univ. Prof. Dr. Walther V. Hainzl 

Prof. W.V. Hainzl is the Executive Chairman of the Walhain Group of Companies, a conglomerate of diversified companies in Southern Africa.

 He is a specialist in Operational Systemic Research, Entrepreneural Development and Synergy, as well as Conceptualisation and Application of Problem Modelling  and is a consultant for Alternative Medicine.

 Prof. Hainzl holds a DBA in Business Administration, a PhD in Behavioural Science and holds a medical degree as Doctor Natural Health and Medicine.

 As Academic and member of Faculties Prof. Hainzl has been awarded Professorships  at three Universities.

 Prof. Hainzl is the Academic Director of De Montfort University Southern Africa, Director of De Montfort University Botswana and Director of De Montfort University Mozambique and consults for three Universities in Austral Asia, Europe and Africa.

William Phillips 

William Phillips is a “Category Specialist” in the “Electrical Department” and the “Training Coordinator” for “Supplier Product Knowledge” & “Generic Product Knowledge Proficiency System” in Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley.

 He is a qualified electrician that spent in excess of 15 years in an Electrical Drawing Office and more than 5 years as the Operations Manager of the De Montfort University Business School Campus South Africa, Mozambique & Botswana.
